Our clinic offers a family-friendly flexible schedule, averaging 35 hours a week, with a shared Saturday rotation. Moreover, we provide an environment without after-hour emergencies and on-call responsibilities.
Our clinic is located in the beautiful town of Findlay, Ohio, approximately 40 miles south of Toledo, and within easy reach of Columbus, Dayton, and Detroit, all about an hour and a half away. Findlay is considered a "micropolitan" community and has earned accolades such as being named one of the 100 best communities for young people and "Best Hometown in Northwest Ohio" by Ohio magazine. The town boasts an array of charming shops, restaurants, a local brewery, and winery, providing a delightful setting for both work and leisure.
Furthermore, Findlay is home to the esteemed University of Findlay, renowned for having one of the top pre-veterinary programs in the country. The vibrant university community adds to the town's appeal, making it an attractive location for professionals and families alike.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary $92,000
Production bonus 19% of services and 6% product minus base salary; no deficit accrual; production bonus increases to 20% after 24 months, 21% after another 12 months.
Loan repayment assistance 1% of total gross production will be paid toward student loan at the end of the first year and 2% every year thereafter.
