Cedar Creek Animal Clinic in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Director to lead our patient care team. We offer a competitive salary, a medical director stipend, plus a growth incentive.
We are a 3-doctor, a small animal practice that specializes in providing high-quality, compassionate, and convenient care for our patients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals, and we see our clients and patients as extended family. We are a full-service practice that provides many services such as wellness examinations, immunizations, surgery, radiology, dentistry, and in-house laboratory services.
The Medical Director has the best of both worlds and will practice medicine in addition to leading the practice. Duties include managing the operations of the hospital and being primarily responsible and the authority to/for community outreach, client relations, staff management, coaching, and development, reviewing medical charts, and monitoring financial data to achieve budget goals.
