24 hour care

  • On weekdays we offer routine medical visits and wellness care to our established clients, as well as Prompt Care services for pets without a vet, or who are unable to see their regular vet.
  • After hours, weekends and holidays we serve community veterinarians and pet owners by providing Emergency care.
  • New facility built in 2016 -  We have seven exam rooms, outpatient, private and open treatment areas, isolation ward, surgery suit, dental suite, radiology suit.  Digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasonography, equipped with digital radiology equipment, and digital dental radiography.

Ezyvet software is cloud based with additional key features for increasing doctor efficiency - such as integration of client communications, diagnostics and imaging.   

Established systems for remote interpretation of imaging and ekg by radiologists and cardiologists.

Qualifications

  • DVM degree from an accredited university
  • New grads are welcome.   

FT position - Three weekdays and Sunday 24 hr on call with 3 hours on site (as currently envisioned, there may be some flexibility)

Three week days will be primarily Prompt Care with flexibility to follow cases and carry out procedures/ surgeries to some extent too. 

Sunday Emergency - on call for the shift DVM, and on site three hours in the afternoon.  The purpose of the on site hours is to relieve the 12 hours shift DVM for this busy day. You will see primarily incoming patients while the 12 hour shift DVM catches up on hospitalized cases and charts. 

If desired, mentorship for Emergency on site - During the first 2 months we will provide a third DVM will be in the building as your go to person for any case consultation or questions. 

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Base salary combined with monthly pay from shared production is expected to pay between 80 and $90,000. We have some flexibility with schedule and salary. Additional shifts, responsibilities and income opportunities may be available.
