AMAZING OPPORTUNITY! Come be a part of Team Delta. Delta Equine Center has been servicing Louisiana for over 38 years. We are looking for a mobile racetrack practitioner to grow with the increasing need for Equine Sports medicine in our area. Salary will be commensurate with experience. This position will require one to travel throughout a portion of the year following the horse racetrack meet cycle. Lodging will be provided for along with vehicle and equipment. We are looking for a team player who wants to work hard and excel at being a great racetrack practitioner. Our Headquarters is located in Vinton LA where we host one of the most technologically advanced Veterinary Hospitals and Equine Reproduction Facilitys in the State of Louisiana. Equine Racetrack work is a very fast pace high intensity and very rewarding work place. DVM Degree with potential licensure in La. The ability to travel throughout a portion of the year. Horse experience is a must and racetrack experience would be added value but is not required. Delta Equine Center was founded in 1983 by Dr. Larry Findley Sr. in southwest Louisiana, and has grown through the years to become a well known leader in veterinarian medicine and techniques. Providing the latest in animal diagnostics and treatment technologies as MRI and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, along with digital radiology and ultrasound. We serve the animal community in many ways as our Equine and Small animal Hospital including diagnostics and surgery, Equine reproduction services including freeze technologies and embryo transfers, and Equine sports medicine at all the horse racetracks throughout Louisiana.
