We are seeking a DVM to join our quickly growing practice in Spring Hill.

• Privately owned small animal exclusive hospital.
• Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p and Saturdays 8a-12p. 
  (DVMs work 4 weekdays with rotating saturdays) 
• In addition to providing up to date quality medicine we also have a commitment to community service. 
• We have an exceptional team of well trained technicians many are CVTS and free fear certified.
• We have an incredible head tech and inventory manager who keeps us well supplied. 
• We have the best office manager who makes sure the doctors can focus on medicine and deals with issues as they arise, quickly and efficiently.
• We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for aggressive behavior- from clients and amongst our staff. We expect everyone to behave respectfully and with kindness. 
• We have a nearby ER hospital and referral hospitals close by. No on-call or after hours. 
• We have digital radiography, digital dental radiography (full mouth radiographs is standard of care for all dentals), full in house IDEXX lab including sedivue urine analyzer, COMPANION animal laser, butterfly iq ultrasound.  

Who you are:

• A Florida licensed DVM with minimum 2 years clinical experience. 
• A doctor who is committed to patient care and client relationships. 
• A human being with a life outside of work and a desire for work-life balance.

Details and benefits:

• Competitive compensation - can do Pro-Sal or straight salary - doctor preference. Range for salary 100,000- 120,000. 
• Schedule is 4 day work week with rotating saturdays
