NO MORE LONG DAYS OR LATE NIGHTS AND A 4-DAY WORKWEEK! Tired of private practice, emergencies, working six or seven days a week? Would you prefer limited client contact, a 4-day work schedule where you are out by 4 pm, and only work 1 Saturday a month? Then join our team and have a rewarding career helping us end pet homelessness! We're seeking experienced surgeons to perform spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs at our high-quality, high-volume nonprofit organization. We focus our services on shelter pets, low-income family pets, and community cats. You don't have to talk to clients about costs; we believe every person deserves to have a pet and help anyone who needs it, regardless of their financial circumstances. We're seeking one full-time surgeon to work 4 days per week. The daily work hours offer you a quality of life; hours are generally 7 am to 4 pm. Competitive benefits for full-time employees include PTO, paid license fees, CE allowances, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, and substantially discounted services for personal pets. A qualified candidate must be a reliable team player, have strong surgical skills, and be able to safely perform high-volume spay/neuter surgeries (approximately 30 - 40 per day, with the help of a team of highly qualified vet techs and assistants) or demonstrate the ability to reach that volume with relative ease.
Starting Pay Rate: $78,000 Annually
