Responsibilities include managing, planning, and coordinating the overall operations of the hospital, and cultivating a supportive culture.
5+years of management experience as a practice manager in a veterinary or other medical clinics including these qualities:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager designation is desired but not required for the right candidate
Someone who is on the upswing in their career full of enthusiasm and drive
Direct management of veterinarians
Ability to coach and develop talent
Great business acumen
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrable leadership qualities
Financial management including budgeting, projections, etc.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Great problem-solving skills
For the right candidate, $70-$90K depending on experience and accomplishments.
