DoveLewis is an AAHA-accredited and VECCS Level 1 certified hospital and is the only nonprofit, 24-hour referral, emergency, intensive care, and specialty hospital in the region. We are located in the heart of Portland in a 22,000 square foot facility fully equipped for endoscopy, laparoscopy, chemotherapy, digital radiography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT scan, and long-term ventilator support.
We are currently recruiting for a Chief Medical Officer as a partner with our President and CEO to run DoveLewis and to join our Senior Leadership Team.
Our Chief Medical Officer is a strong, experienced leader, responsible for the ongoing development, growth, and operations of our hospital programs. This position encourages a work environment that fosters teamwork and exemplary customer service to fulfill the mission and vision of DoveLewis. The Chief Medical Officer is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and works together with them to develop and implement strategic direction and goals for the organization.
Additionally, this position fosters a culture of positive and consistent communications both internally and externally while promoting high standards of practice through the development of medical protocols and participation in performance improvement monitoring. This position is responsible for making impactful organizational changes.
